Territory Sales Representative

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory. This role requires a motivated and goal-oriented individual who can build relationships with key decision-makers, identify new sales opportunities, and close deals. This role will be a combination of commission-based sales and account management. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in the sign industry.

This position may require occasional after-hours work. A valid driver’s license is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan for your assigned territory, including identifying target accounts and establishing relationships with decision makers.
  • Respond to all in-bound sales inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and approve pricing with clients.
  • Provide on-site production demonstrations and training.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends, competitors, and new products or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of products or services
  • Provide regular updates on account activity and performance.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the sign industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a quota-driven environment
  • Ability to travel weekly within the assigned territory (up to 75%).
  • Understanding of CRM systems and experience using them to manage sales pipelines.

Staff Accountant (Level 1)

Location: Ontario, CA | Type: Full-time | Pay Rate: $20-$50/hourly, depending on experience


We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge and a passion for accuracy in financial reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting critical business
operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain customers’ accounts; validate resale certificates.
  • Create and maintain vendors’ accounts; maintain W9 forms.
  • Generate and distribute daily invoices and monthly statements to customers.
  • Review and process vendors invoices and work with internal departments to resolve all discrepancies.
  • Post and reconcile daily payment receipts and process credit card payments and weekly check run.
  • Respond promptly to payment and billing inquiries via telephone, email, and cases.
  • Monitor outstanding account receivable aging balances and communicate with customers for payments on daily basis. Research and resolve customer disputes.
  • Download daily reports (WOD/BOM/Daily PT etc)
  • Assist with monthly-end closing tasks related to receivables.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting.
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be required as necessary.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Strong US GAAP concept
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efectively with all levels of the organization and external parties
  • Proficient in excel (Vlookup and PivotTable) Microsoft Office skills; ERP accounting
    system and Sage X3 is a plus

Staff Accountant (Level 2)

Location: Ontario, CA | Type: Full-time | Pay Rate: $20-$50/hourly, depending on experience


We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge and a passion for accuracy in financial reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting critical business
operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general bookkeeping duties, including recording financial. transactions and maintaining general ledgers in accordance with GAAP.
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and receivable balances, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Review costing of inventory transactions and credit checking status; update daily value of inventory-in-transit.
  • Assist in maintaining Optec Equipment Items.
  • Prepare financial statements.
  • Assist with budgeting, tax filing, and documentation preparation for audits.
  • Assist with monthly cost closing and year end closing.
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be required as necessary.

Requirements/Qualifications
