Regional Field Technician

As a Regional Field Support team member, you will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to clients in your assigned region. You will collaborate with other teams to ensure client satisfaction through problem-solving, training, and follow-up support.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Install and configure hardware and software in client locations
  • Provide onsite technical support to clients
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions through remote access or onsite visits
  • Train clients on software systems and equipment usage
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM tools to document step-by-step procedures for issue resolution

Qualifications:  

  • 2-3 years of experience in technical support
  • Knowledge of digital hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in operating system platforms and network communications
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  • Understanding of networking and wireless technologies

This position may require travel within the assigned region and occasional after-hours work. A valid driver’s license is required. 

 

 

Staff Accountant

Location: Ontario, CA | Type: Full-time | Pay Rate: $29-$34/hourly ($60,320-$70,720 annually)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of US GAAP and a passion for accuracy in financial reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general bookkeeping duties, including recording financial transactions and maintaining general ledgers in accordance with GAAP.
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and receivable balances, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Review costing of inventory transactions and credit checking status; update daily value of inventory-in-transit.
  • Prepare financial statements.
  • Assist with budgeting, tax filing, and documentation preparation for audits.
  • Support monthly cost closing and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the finance team.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and PivotTables) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ERP accounting systems; familiarity with Sage X3 is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.

Lead Development Representative

As a Lead Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify prospective clients for our company’s sales teams and maintain lead tracking data. You will be responsible for researching potential clients and their needs, initiating contact with them via phone or email, and qualifying them as a potential fit for our services.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Research and identify prospects in the target market
  • Qualify potential clients by understanding their pain points, budget, decision making process and timeline
  • Manage database of leads using CRM software
  • Work with sales team to develop strategies to increase lead generation

Qualifications: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in lead generation or sales development work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with potential clients
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience using HubSpot or other CRM software is a must
