• Sensitive Personal Information, such as your account log-in, password, social security number, driver’s license number, and state identification card number, which you provide to us in connection with product purchases, payment and financing, and employment purposes if you apply for and accepting employment with us. This category also includes financial account numbers, debit card numbers, and credit card numbers, in combination with expiration dates and security codes, which you provide to us in connection with payment and financing. This category also includes health screening information, including drug and alcohol tests, for employment purposes if you apply for or accept employment with us.
• Protected Classification Characteristics, such as age, gender, citizenship, marital status, physical or mental disability, and veteran and military status, which you provide to us for employment purposes if you apply for or accept employment with us.
• Commercial Information, such as your purchases and consideration of our products, your use and consideration of our services, company/organization, occupation, industry, customer market, reason for contact, project description, pictures, logos, and your purchasing and consuming histories and tendencies. This category also includes product registration information, such as model number, serial number, type of installation, date of installation, location of installation, and updates to our product. This category also includes information that you allow us to post about you on our websites for marketing purposes, and comments and opinions you express to or about us in our online forms and through social media.
• Geolocation Data, such as information about your physical location collected from geolocation features on your device, including your IP address, information about your installation location that you provide to us through search features on our websites, by contacting us for the purpose of finding Optec sales representatives and dealers near you, or by registering for your product installation and warranty, and by using our software applications which connect to us from your installation location in order to maintain and update your product.
• Internet and Electronic Network Activity Information, such as your IP address, operating system, browser and device information, browsing and search history on our websites, cookies showing your activities and preferences, and information regarding your interaction with our websites, which you provide to us when you access our websites.
• Sensory Information, such as pictures of you, of your installation location and place of business, and of your use of our products at your installation location.
• Professional and Employment Information, such as your employing entity, business unit, manager and management reporting structure, job title, function, dates employed, and the nature or your duties and responsibilities. This category also includes your employment history, education, copies of your resume or CV, positions that interest you, and any other information required to verify your qualifications, for employment purposes if you apply for a position or work for us.
• Education Information, such as your educational background, transcript information, degrees earned, and schools attended, for employment purposes if you apply for or accept employment with us.
• Other Personal Information, such as your signature, physical characteristics and description, and information you permit us to see when interacting with us through social media.
• Inferences, including information generated from your use of the websites reflecting predictions about your interests and preferences.

Information We Automatically Collect. We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our websites.

This includes server log data, such as your computer’s IP address, operating system, browser type, browser version, the pages of our websites that you visit, the time and date of your visit, your time zone setting, the time spent on those pages and other statistics, and whether you reached our page via a social media or email campaign.
